Dear Friend,

I am writing in the hope that you will visit Diet Forum, a place to
talk to others about diet issues so you can get all the support and
the motivation you need to successfully reach your weight loss goals.

Newly setup on the 19th November 2003, the Diet Forum is a Discussion
Forum where people from all walks of life are able to meet on the
internet to discuss all matters relating to weight loss and healthy
living. We offer a very advance, lively and tolerant discussion forum.
Registration on the members list is free and we hope we can be a
positive force in your journey to your weight loss goal.

Thank you for reading this note and I hope to see you at the diet

And how is this different from what we've got going on here? I know, you
have to give them a real e-mail address so they can sell it to every spammer
in the universe! No thank you.

The difference:
1) See your message being posted realtime (You need a few hours here
to see your messages posted)
2) Categories are properly sorted out
3) Enjoy being able to converse with other dieters realtime thru
private messaging
4) Ability to upload avatars, graphics etc.

Just as in here, you need a valid email address to get started.
If you're worried of us being a spammer, you can always sign up a
hotmail account / Yahoo email account just to registered with us.

Thanks for your corncern and have a nice day!

Get a better newsreader/poster than google. I see posts in real time from
my service.

We have threads. They can morph, too.

3) Enjoy being able to converse with other dieters realtime thru
private messaging

People we care to email give us their email addresses.

4) Ability to upload avatars, graphics etc.

We pass along links every day.

You don't have to give it out.

I agree with Tonya that we have filled our internet support niche quite
nicely here. We've got a great group of people who KNOW how to lose fat
and keep it off, including an extremely high ratio of high fat-loss
maintainers.

I also participate in a "guestbook" forum for Body for Life (a particular
program that I'm following.) But I keep coming back here because of the
sense and sensibilities of the people here.

Wendy
