how to keep your memory sharp always
As you are growing older, there is a question that has consumed your
thougths, and you can bet that all those in your age brackets have the
same question in thier minds too. so, what do you do to stop memory
loss due to aging.?

The hippocampus, a part of the brain where information is stored
temporarily before beign transfered to the cerebral cortex, is
involved age-related memory problem. chronic stress in addition to age
harm can harm this part of the brain via the realease of high levels
of hormone cotisol from the adrenal gland. Cotisol is directly to
toxic to neurons. It actually destroys hippocampus cells resulting in
loss of the ability to voluntarily recall previously learned
infomation.

Well I was expecting that you should tell us more about it and how to sharp our memory more. When I was working in an office in my early days as a assistant clerk, I developed that my senior had sharp memory and to cope up with him and to maintain rhythm I had to develop my memory also.

So in this way if you will try to grow your memory than sure you will get the benefit.
