Default Day 23 -- No change

Day 23 and still 8 pounds gone

Had about 900 calories yesterday, and the last time ate anything was
about 6:30 p.m., then having salad at a pizza restaurant. Nice walk up
our hill. Beautiful day in Portland area yesterday.

I'm going to buy frozen chicken breasts and salt-free canned
vegetables for easy meal-preparation.

My clothes are fitting better, even if the scale isn't moving as
quickly as I would like. Oh, well – maybe tomorrow it will move
downward a pound or two.

I hope everyone has a great week and month ahead!

Yours,

Caleb

Caleb, we seem to be on parallel tracks. My seven day average consumption is
630 c/d, and I'm on a plateau at 204. Clothes, however, are continuing to
fit better.

I assume the absence of weight loss is due to a shift in metabolism, and
that the plateau will crack with time. It's fun to watch the process.

Today about 1100 calories and the last time ate solid food was 6:15
pm.

I hope for changes tonight, but my far better half said I looked
lighter, so that's worth some weight change!

Chug! Chug! Chug!

Yours,

Caleb
