Thanks, I hope so too! Exercise should help but I can barely move today
after doing "Tai Bo" workout yesterday.

Hello, fellow losers!
Got back from England without putting on weight, must have walked damn

near
200 miles while there, though. Can't seem to shed the last 10 pounds

that
I
want to lose. Amazingly, 6 came off almost easily and for the last 6

weeks
the weight has remained the same. Is this a plateau?
Good luck to all this week, hopefully next WI will be a loss!
Julie

I don't know about measurements but my jeans still feel less tight!

If that was vacation and you Maintained - excellent. In any event,
good job at staying the same and it does sound like a plateau. What
about measurements?

Thanks, Brenda. It's too darn cold here on the prairies to walk any
further - a balmy -22C today!

My husband moved to Canada from England in 1977. He hasn't been back
since. Doesn't miss it either he says. Although he would like to one day
travel back to see how things have changed over the years. Would never want
to live there again though.

Loved England, I'm from there originally, moved to Canada in 1976, but
hadn't been back across the pond in 13 years. Where are you?

Ooooh, that's cold. Makes me want to get into a nice warm bed in my sweat
suit! It's been about -3C here at nights, but has warmed up considerably
today to 6C with rain! Where in the prairies are you? My mother was born
in Yorkton, SK. Her parents were born in Norquay and Rhein.
