I've heard good things about goats milk. Comments?

customer: Why is this goat cheese SO expensive???

me (supermarket deli manager): Did you ever milk a goat? They don't much
like it.

Well, *I* thought it was funny...

Actually I have milked a goat. Several goats. multiple times. They
didn't mind at all anymore than cows do. Dairy goats have been bred for
milking. Now if it was Mountain Goat cheese....

Long time ago I milked few goats, only once I was hit by one of them.
Later, I learn she was going to be mom, pregnancy mood I guess :-)

I guess I skimmed past the cereal part. It could be pure fiber bran, but,
basically, I missed the cereal part.

I use non-fat milk every day in cereal but i've been thinking of
changing over to rice or almond milk due to the sugar in non-fat
milk. Non-fat milk has 12 grams per cup. How much does rice and
almond milk have per cup? Also, are rice and almond milk healthier
than non-fat?

Heavy Cream is the way to go.

On cereal? Are you high?
