Just wanted to add. I was thinking to myself earlier today. I don't think I
coulda hacked going back to school. If I had that extra freaking 70 pounds of weight on me. Its easier to walk, bend my knees. I am not out of breath as much. I can keep up. I started out on the diet in a size 26-28. I can easily wear a size 16 now. The classmates, are so much younger than me. Some out of HS. Heck, I got a son graduating this year. Anyways, I had them guessing my age, before I told them. They guessed 30-32 years old. I did look my age, if not older before Atkins. I am 38. That was a good feeling.. Them thinking I was younger than the 38. My hair is shinier, my skin has cleared up, no more rahses that are embarrassing, my nails look better too. |
