CONGRATULATIONS, JJ! 100 lbs is a FANTASTIC achievement!

Thank you Saffire.

I likely wouldn't be here without the generous support I've
received from the kind folks such as yourself on this
newsgroup. So, once again, thank you, to all of you, for
your ongoing support. I'm planning on hanging around...I
may have lost the weight but it is the keeping it off part
that will continue to be the challenge. I'll let you know
how it goes. Expect me to be successful as that is what I
expect of myself.

Yay!!! Congrats! You should be very, very proud of yourself. I love telling
that story about you taking your kids to the water park earlier this summer.

Enjoy your success!

Fabulous set of photos, btw. You look great.

No big story to tell other than, after many months of
effort, I have finally reached my weight loss goal of 175
pounds. I still have much work to do for maintenance and I
still expect to spend many hours each week in the gym, but
it feels good to have finally reached this goal weight.

And before you ask: No, I will not go back to my old way of
eating. I have every intention of staying low-carb.

Congratulations! That's a fantastic achievement.
