Too much Splenda give you gas?

Yes. It was homemade. Perhaps my reaction was to the chocolate (unsweetened)
rather than Splenda but I did not bother to find out.

Well Im only adding it to my decaf team Im making

But..... a lot of the low carb foods Im buying have it
added from the factory.

It could be Splenda, it could be something else. It could be your body
saying "Stop eating so much food from factories! Food comes from farms!"

Yes, definitely. And even in small amounts. Having had bad reactions to all
sugar alcohols, I thought that Splenda might be the only alternative for me,
but one tablespoon of chocolate mousse sweetened with Splenda caused bloating
and gas. Now I just avoid sweets altogether or eat a minute piece with real
sugar.

Splenda is not a sugar alcohol. Are you sure it was the splenda you were
reacting to and not the filler (maltodextrin)?
