My daughter reports the same effect with Sweetzfree, no filler.

Don't forget that Sweetzfree is a blackmarket item. The purity and quality
control is completely in the hands of the people who are mixing it up and
selling it.

I'm sure I'll get flamed but I think people forget that this product isn't
manufactured and distributed by anyone legally licensed to sell it and
there's no guarantee that you're getting what you think you are.
