Default Gained 10 Pounds in Wine Country HELP!!!

These past months living in Wine Country working in the wine industry
I have put on 10 pounds. I am exercising daily, running for 30-45
minutes, doing Bikram a few times a week and riding my bike. It does
not seem to make a difference. The reason why is that I have very
little self control around all of this great food and wine. Every day
there is some sort of a gathering where we drink great wine and have
cheese, bread and other great apps in the mix. Lots of dinner parties
and lots of great dinners out where the Chefs are sending over comped
food.

I know I should not be complaining, it is the most enjoyable phase of
my life but none of my jeans & slacks fit and I almost fell over when
I got on a scale. This is the most I have ever weighed.

How do I get my self control back? I am hungry now all of the time
and if something yummy is in front of me I have to have some. I seem
most addicted to the Carbs.

I am afraid to go on diet pills for obvious reasons.

Anyone ever in this situation that can give me some tips

Thank you.

Try using www.fitday.com. I've found by entering in everything I'm eating
during the day that it has given me some motivation to change it! (and
please ignore the trolls that this question has somehow attracted)
