Default NO COST Atkins Diet

We all know that the Atkins diet is the greatest thing to ever happen
to dieting. Just eat lots of fat and meat, and lose weight. What
could be better than that.

That would be wonderful, if that's what the Atkins plan was about. Dr.
Atkins was a doctor, and his plan had little to do with that.

The only problem is that some of us are on fixed incomes, and can not
afford all that meat. I finally found a way to do Atkins for FREE.

Most of the Atkins plan involves green leafy vegetables, which ARE pretty
cheap. If you can afford nothing more than dried beans and tortillas, I
can't help you.

I went to a local fast-food restaurant and asked them if I could have
their left over grease from cooking bacon and other meat. I gave them
a story about using it to discourage animals from eating my garden,
and they believed it.

I have been taking this grease, heating it, and placing it in ice cube
trays, after adding lots of salt and pepper for flavor. Then I freeze
them. When I get hungry, I just pop a few out of the tray and eat
them. They are quite tasty.

I have eaten nothing else except these for several months now, and
have saved several hundred dollars on the grocery bill, and no longer
have to spend hours in front of the stove every day. Best of all, I'm
losing weight and getting healthy without carbs.

It took the kids awhile to get used to eating them, but they are no
longer complaining. I do suspect they are cheating by eating candy at
school, and I plan to call their teachers this week and have them
investigated.

With love

Sarah
