Default Dancing in the street...

Well, in the paddock, really!

Our neighbour was having his annual bash, with his band playing. I
danced off the 3 glasses of wine I had!

I haven't danced properly in years: it got too painful when I was fat,
what with the fibro and all...

I just tell myself I *may* have to take a day to recover this week, but
hell, it was fun! And dancing won't make the fibro any worse. Dancing,
swimming, walking - the pain is better than a wheelchair and a 50"
waistline!

You will Eddie. Just don't give up. When I was at 207 I never thought I
would dance again either. My feet were always killing me and I was always
out of breath. I gained the weight very rapidly and had no time to adjust.
At my weight now I can dance and no more foot pain. ) I dream of the day
I reach 130. My adult weight was always 120 - 125lbs until I ran into
thyroid and hormonal problems about 8 years ago. Menopause can be a bitch.

LW
Start - 7/5/06 - 170lbs
Today - 162 lbs
Goal - 130lbs
Height 5'6"
