Default making a push for goal. back to Induction today

I have been maintaining a weight around 150 for nearly 6 months now without
any trouble, but with my 20 yr reunion Aug 27-28 I decided to make a final
push for goal of 140 so I had a little carb up this past weekend (amazingly,
I didn't pig out! I had 2 KK donuts and 10 kernals of carmel corn. I had
rice with my Unbreaded chicken skewers from the local chinese takeout. 2
doritos chips (not bags).
even though I gave myself free rein for Sat and Sun. I really didn't eat
much different than normal.
I am going to do a 2 week induction then weigh myself.
