Lots of fibers!
I had 84 grams of fibers yesterday... Too many? See below what I ate.
Even though I've had 40 grams of fibers in the last four days, I had LESS "solid" output at the washroom, but had more "liquid". My weight stayed at 176 pounds on all these days. No exercise in the last 4 days. What can I conclude from that???? Figues, 10 440 All Bran, Psyllium, 1 cup 230 Kidney beans, 1/2 cup carrot,sweet potatoe, celery 160 Coffee Banana, 1 100 Almonds, 20 140 Grapefruit juice, one cup 40 Bakers chocolate, 1 150 Vitamin C, 1 Peas in can, 1 180 Bakers choco, 1 150 |
