Hiya, Michelle : )
My lemmon bottle, the big green one, lists 0 grams of carbs. However you're
correct about the Splenda--0.5gm per teaspoon. But since I use just under a
teaspoon, I rounded down ; )

How do you figure it's no carb? My bottle of lemon juice lists 0.3g carbs
per teaspoon. I realize that's not a large amount of carbs, but surely it
takes more than one teaspoon? Also Splenda has 0.5g carbs per teaspoon. At
this rate, I may as well have Crystal Light!
Just my two cents,
michelle

Real Lemon juice concentrate in the green bottle--with water and Splenda

to
taste and it's great no-carb lemonade. A few ice cubes plus a few

jiggers
of
Vodka (or rum for summer) and it's an even better cocktail.

I realize that fruit juices have natural sugar in
them..... but cant they take some sugar out and make
them "lower" carb?

And.... is there any lower carb FROZEN fruit juices one
can buy?

Per Netzer, a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice has 1.3 g carb and 0.1 g
fiber. The bottled stuff should be about the same, but because they use a
small serving size (a teaspoon, I think), the guidelines allow them to round
down to zero. I'd suspect there may be a bit less fiber in the bottled.
