I found the Atkins book to be full of self-grandisment and basically not
getting to the point but I got a really good kick start with a book called protein power by Michael and Mary Eades. After I read that book I used the www.atkins.com web site and did massive research from many different angles using their search engine to ask specific questions. I did finally buy the protein power book on e-bay after returning the library copy. Don't think I would have been successful without protein power or www.atkins.com ... combined they did the trick for me. Placid "Lee Rodgers" wrote in message ... Hey Katie! I'm on AS3 too. As to your question, I don't think anyone here is doing a "no-carb" diet. It's LOW carb, not no carb. Carbs are in everything except meat, and we don't just eat meat. I am pretty close All I can eat is meat nuts and veggies and cheese. I have a bunch of food allergies and I can't find anything else I can eat. -- Knight-Toolworks & Custom Planes Custom made wooden planes at reasonable prices See http://www.knight-toolworks.com For prices and ordering instructions. |
