I'm still taking it!
I am taking 1000 mg a day. Just one pill a day with the Spring Valley
(Walmart) brand.

It does list Dextrose as an ingredient but I've never been out of
ketosis from
it and I'm a diabetic and still have it under control.. has to be a VERY
minimal amount.

Dextrose is glucose, but I bet it's a very small amount.

Hey everyone,
For one month, I'm going to try a low-calorie diet... because of the hair loss
issue. I figure that if it's doing this to my hair, I wonder what else it's
doing to my body that I can't observe.

Thank you so much for leading me through my first 40 lb. weight loss since
April. I wouldn't have been able to do low-carb without such an awesome
support group. I learned a lot about eating (portion control, and curbing the
need for junk and late-night craving... I now see food as a means of energy,
and not something to use while watching a movie, etc.)
