Personally, I stick with a one-hour blast workout per day, only because I
hate having to redo my hair and makeup. I'm more likely to get myself into a real sweat if I know that I can just go and hit the shower...but if I'm already cleaned and beautified for the day, I would end up exercising carefully as to not break into a heavy sweat and look terrible and stink the rest of the day. Getting cleaned up twice a day is too much trouble for me. Plus, I really start to notice kind of a "fire" in me once I'm into the second half-hour of my workout. I'm not sure how to describe it, other than I fell like I'm really working hard and doing something good for myself. Endorphins? Someone who knows more about fitness might be able to explain it better. The "fire" is even stronger now that I've added strength training. S t a c i "Annie" wrote in message .. .
