Thanks Chris,

I'll try about 7 x bodyweight and see how that goes. That will have me
eating about 1500 calories per day.

To be quite honest this should be quite easy for me because I was really
having to force myself to eat even 1800 a day, I was literally forcing
myself to eat when I wasn't hungry just to keep the calories up to 1800 a
day. It just didn't fell right to me!!!

When I lost 40lbs a few years back I don't remember counting calories, I
just ate until I was full. That seemed to do the trick for me then but I
tried that this time for about 3 weeks and barely lost a pound (even on
induction).

Was considering doing the "Fat Fast" for a few days but I think I'll leave
that for a last resort.

Appreciate the advice.

this, and this is without any regular exercise workout. Although, I have
been very physically active this summer. As fall approaches, I suspect I
will have to get back into my workout routine as time permits.

fitday (minus the wine, only done that once in 2 months).

As you can see I'm probably not eating my 10 x 214 calories per day
although as an experiment I did eat about 2000 a day for 1 week and

Good idea. The 10x rule doesn't work for many people. It is generally
considered a starting point, and if it doesn't produce result, you drop back
on number at a time, ie, 9x, 8x, etc. until you get results.

What kind of exercise are you doing? Walking is fine, but if you really
want to kick things up a notch or two, consider some form of resistance
training - weight lifting at the gym would be the first best option, but
some weights at home or just some bodyweight movements would be a big help.
Do that in addition to walking.
