Default Jamba Juice & South Beach Diet: Compatible

Just trying to clarify if Jamba Juice products and South Beach Diet is
compatible, in any of the phases. I guess it's a big worry for me
because I'm seriously considering SBD, but I'm a big Jamba Juice fan,
too.

Thanks!

Definitely go look at that nutrition guide for the specific products you are
interested in. Those smoothies are often made with ice cream, frozen
yogurt, or sorbet - they are postively loaded with calories and often sugar.
I wouldn't think it would be a great choice on any weight loss plan. But if
you understand the principles of your plan and review the nutritional
information for the products you want to have, you may be able to
incorporate them in small portions and/or once in a while.

Jamba Juice is compatible only with the Scam Beach Diet.
