Default Books and stuff

I am looking for some cookbooks and other books to add to my collection.
My main requirements are, includes nutritional info (apparently I am
not good a guestimating these values so I am using this as a crutch) and
doesn'd contain the word "diet" or the name of a diet (not Weight
Watchers, Atkins, etc.) in the title -- this is for DH's benefit more
than my own. There is a little bit of leeway in there but those are the
basic requirements. Photos of some recipes would be a big benefit too.

Have any of you tried the following? If so, what do you think?

Mayo-Clinic Williams-Sonoma Cookbook
Vegetarian Gourment's Easy Favorites (Hinman)
Healthy Foods (Ely)

I'm definitely looking for other suggestions as well -- magazines
included. I've done pretty well with Cooking Light lately. I used to
do well with Vegetarian Times (we have meatless dinners a few tims a
week just because) but their new editor and I don't get along too well.

Thanks!

I bought the Betty Crocker Master Cook CD.
Tons of recipes and if you create your own recipe a nutritional analysis is as
easy as a click of the mouse. It has 10 or so cookbooks.

DH likes the things I've done from Cooking Light. Here are some of the
books on my shelf that I've had success with:

Great Good Food (Julee Rosso)
1,001 Low Fat Vegetarian Recipes (Sue Spitler)
The 1,200 Calorie a Day Menu Cookbook (Nancy Hughes)
Graham Kerr's Minimax Cookbook

One I just got but haven't tried: Lickety-Split Meals for Health Conscious
People on the Go (Zonya Foco)

books that sucked: All-American Low-Fat and No-Fat Meals in Minutes (MJ
Smith)

That's where I got the broccoli pesto recipe from a while back (which I plan
to finally try this week!). I hope it works out for you!
