Default Soda burning calories

Celsius soda has been elected best new product of the year by a
magazine. This soda actually burns calories. According to people
drinking celsius soda is like having two cups of strong coffee. And by

I remember someone telling me about negative calorie foods where it took
more calories to digest the food than the food contained. They used bagels
as an example.

Is this true?
