Interesting that this guy hasn't come back to respond to any of the
posts written in the thread he started.... there has been some
useful information such as what you've posted above that could really
help as well as other insights about bulimia, the young woman's
possible recovery or non-recovery from it, etc.

Bottom line: she needs to see a physician about physical stuff going
on, she needs to be in therapy if she's not already, and probably the
two of them should be in couples therapy to work on issues in their
relationship.
