Success!

Happy to report that things are going well after a bumpy start. I have
tightened the reins and have managed to get under control.

I have lost a few pounds this week and am very excited because I measured
and I lost a whole inch in my belly, thighs and chest also a 1/2" in my
upper arm.

Yippee. It's very inspiring when you see the scale going down and see the
inches start to come off!

I was in Macy's yesterday and saw a really cute, trendy INC outfit (skirt
and blouse) On a whim I tried it on and BAM! It fit! and looked super so I
bought it It's been a *very* long time since I could do that!! my story
is skinny to pregnant to fat to pregnant to fat...to now! so it's been 4
years since I could shop like that.

Anyway - just chiming in - I was off line for awhile.
