Default Aspartame cause hunger and binging?

I've read all the those articles about aspartame causing stalls etc. and
even a few about it increasing your appatite but I didn't really believe
it until recently when I did my own test of sorts.

If I eat or drink anything with aspartame in it, ie. Kool-aid, Jello,
diet soda, I'm ravenously hungry for the rest of the day. This doesn't
happen with sucralose (splenda).

Anyone else have this problem?

I've heard that, too, but I don't think it affects my appetite. I do think
that too aspartame much causes me to stall. On very rare occasions I've had
diet Pepsi (with both aspartame and caffeine) and I've not had any problems.
But diet Pepsi is not my beverage of choice, so the rarity of having it
might be why it doesn't bother me.

No. No problem with aspartame at all. And my current consumption is
quite high now (up to 20 tablets a day).

YMMV. It seems to be there are people sensitive to it in one or another
way.

I have heard the negative reports regarding aspartame's "stall"
potential, but have never had a problem with it. As for appetite, I
have always found that aspartame sweetened products reduce my
appetite, not increase it. Over the years I have found that if I am
hungry but haven't time to eat, a diet soda with aspartame will quite
rapidly nullify the appetite; I have to remind myself to eat later.

Everybody's mileage definitely does vary.

Regarding binging, the only thing that causes that is poor self control.

Regards

No, but the powdered Splenda leave a nasty aftertaste in my mouth, so I
don't use it anymore. I like aspartame and have no problem with it, but
others have mentioned cravings with all types of sweeteners.
