so, with this last 15 lbs lost, you're done losing right?

I am stopping at 175, if I can get there and then will slowly move back to
180. I don't really want to weigh less..



Looking good, bro. Have you been doing any riding? I just got done with
65
miles. I'm having problems with butt pain, sadly. I guess I'll have to
keep punching the miles until the butt get tough.

I rode yesterday and will ride today. I have been a bit lazy before that.
I suggest some good bicycling shorts. You need to spend 50 on a pair IMHO.
I like my Canari's the best and have a pair of Pearl Izumi's that are pretty
good.

It is a fun sport.

Don't let anyone on the NG get you down. It seems every NG has a resident
troll. Best to just igore it. Think of the troll as a virus and put it in
the kill file. It will give you one less thing to worry about. Life is too
short to worry about drivel.
