Sounds like a plan i! Good luck with the plans. I plan on losing another
62 pounds and doing resistance training on the arms, chest, and back. I'm already walking 5X/week and doing the stairmaster too. I also plan on learning more about nutrition. Train your legs, too. Lots of muscle mass in the legs and resistance
training there will boost your progress with weight loss. Paul wrote: :: Sounds like a plan i! Good luck with the plans. My New Year's resolution
Hi Roger,
I would work the legs, but I have physical problems that prevent me from doing so. I do use a stairmaster which lets me work my legs, but I can't bend my left leg like most people can and I have a bad knee and a bad right foot. Happy New Years to you, Paul "Roger Zoul" wrote in message ... Train your legs, too. Lots of muscle mass in the legs and resistance training there will boost your progress with weight loss.
