Default Weight Watchers vs. Adkins Diet

At our meeting yesterday, the leader compared the Weight Watcher program to
the Adkins diet. They gave us a new booklet "the truth about carbs: their
role in healthy, long-term weight loss."

I'm not sure if all the meetings are covering this topic this week, but our
franchise is pretty large.

This was the topinc at my meeting today as well. We got charts and
pictures of ways to divide our points for high carb or high protein,
kinda reminded me of when we were told how many servings of what to
have within each day...

We got the booklet I mentioned as well as some charts on protein heavy and
carb heavy meal suggestions. Still, I found it interesting.
