Default crab meat (fake)

I have a package of fake crab meat. What should I do with it? I'm sure I
can chop it up and throw in some celery and onion and a bit of mayo and make
a salad with it ... but I'm looking for something a little different, yet
healthy. Any ideas?
Teri

Making sushi an option? It's some work in preparing the rice, but I really
like california rolls with fake crab, cucumber, avocado and sesame seads.
Otherwise, you could make a salad out of the same ingredients minus rice.

I like to use fake crab meat in a cold pasta salad, which includes:
multi-colored spiral pasta, broccolli, green peas, chopped black olives, and
some grated parmesan cheese. Toss it with just enough Italian dressing (I
like Newman's Parmesan and Garlic) and low-fat mayonnaise to moisten it.
Chill for an hour or two in the fridge before serving. Easy to prepare and
it seems healthy to me (but, I've not done an analysis if the calorie
content).

Do you mean those ocean sticks, as they call them? You could use them
in a stir-fry, perhaps, with some vegetables and a little Chinese sauce
of your choice (with rice if you eat rice, or by itself if you don't).

It's kind of like your salad, but I like to mix it with a little
low-fat mayo and some seasonings, then put it in a pita pocket with a
couple of tomato slices and some lettuce.

I love imitation crab meat! This is one of my favorite snacks. I like it
so well, I just eat it straight from the package.
