Fried Cheese Experiment = taco salad
Have you fried your cheese today????? Yum. I fried cheese yesterday
and while it was still hot I laid it over an inverted small bowl that had a paper towel on it.I gently pressed the cheese over the bowl to shape it. I let it sit and cool off. I then turned it over and filled the bowl with spin dried romaine hearts and taco meat, a splash of salsa and some ranch dressing. I cant believe I ate the "bowl" thing!!! LOL It was fun and delicious. Just remember in order to get crispy cheese, you must turn your cheese patty to fry the other side and drain and cool it well. Laureen |

Fried Cheese Experiment = taco salad
Sounds great. I missed the first post. What type of cheese did you use? I
sometimes make the shredded Parm "taco" on Somersizing by frying the cheese and molding it in a similar fashion to what you mentioned. |
