Sweet whey
I misordered sweet whey instead of protein powder, and ended up with a
five pound bag of the stuff. From what I can tell, sweet whey is just a half-step short of milk sugar. Even if I wanted to fall off the low-carb bandwagon, I'm diabetic and can't. My cats love the stuff, I found out sort of by accident, but I'm not going to give them five pounds of it. So my question is, what do I do with it? Does it have any use for a diabetic low-carber? Or should I just offer it on freecycle and write it off as a loss? Chak -- It is a paradoxical but profoundly true and important principle of life that the most likely way to reach a goal is to be aiming not at that goal itself but at some more ambitious goal beyond it. --Arnold Toynbee |

I don't suppose if you keep a bag of whey powder around, there's a danger that you'll suddenly binge on it one day like it's a bag of chips. :-) -- Aaron -- 285/235/200 -- aaron.baugher.biz |

Should lasta long long time. Or, pitch it. Or, give it to some kid. |
