He's wrong. So are you.

Glad to hear you're still working at it. The simplist
weight loss secret out there - the ones who don't quit
are the ones with the best success.

As to the "so are you" part, does that mean that my
attempt at drill sargeant worked in getting a response
from you? It was a low percentage shot but it was all
I could think of to try.

Doug I meant the part where you thought I gave up. gma that's very good
advice and congrats on your weight loss. I know it probably is hard for
you to comprehend how difficult it would be for me to live day to day
but there are people worse off than me who have lost weight so I think
I can do it too.

Now everybody it's not surprising that I slipped on Halloween..I know
what you're thinking but don't lose hope yet. I did find a way to go on
a diet without starving myself. It turns out there was less trick or
treaters than I thought there would be so I'm left with a few bags of
chocolate. I _am_ giving them away but I did eat a few. I might throw
them out if I can't find any takers.

Everything is as hard or as easy as you make it, whether it's dieting or
anything else.

I am curious, do you believe that a person can stay slim eating a low

For most people who started out being very obese no, I don't believe so.

Well, I would like to clarify my comments. I meant that I doubt that
Yag loses weight with his attitude. I am stating that ANYBODY who tries
CAN lose weight.

You're m 332 pounds at 5'6 and not in depression? That's B.S.! No one
in that shape can feel good in his body!

Apparently you haven't ever read the fat acceptance group.

Apparently you haven't noticed that there is an average of ONE message
a day on that group. Obviously, not too many obese people feel good in
their body!
