Default Ohio University: bacon breakfast

I've been eating bacon in the morning for breakfast at Ohio University. I read
that there is a chance it's cured with sugar / nitrites - what is the
probability this is so here?

Hi Jen,

Probably pretty good. But it's not enough to throw you out of
lipolysis-ketosis unless you're radically overdosing on the bacon. There's
probably 1 gram of carbs per 2 bacon strips. Don't worry about nitrates.

If you can taste maple, there are still sugar carb grams in
the bacon. If you can't, it is very unlikely that it has a
non-zero count.

Good answer IMO.

So they lowered the admission standards at OU again.

Wonderful.

I guess they lied when they said there aren't any stupid questions.
