Low Carbing and Food Allergies

Hey all,

I am in constant search for low carb recipes that don't include
Wheat,Soy,Corn or Nuts. If any one has any or comes across some please
forward them to me. I would be very grateful. I am allergic to all
those above named things and sometimes its nerve racking trying to
come up with new stuff.

Henrietta,

Brown Rice flour I CAN handle. As far as flax seed meal that should be
fine I don't think I have had it before, at least that I am aware of.

Try almond meal, ground sesame seeds, golden flaxseed meal (lighter in color
and flavor) oat bran.
