Default cholesterol in eggs

Saw your recipe, looks good but there's soo0 much cholesterol in
eggs.

I get their free newsletter. It's fabulous. Has same recipes with
better-for-you substitutions. Very inventive. Enjoyable too.

Cholesterol is necessary for proper cell function.

If you severely limit your intake of carbohydrates, the lipids you
ingest will be metabolized into sugar and burned instead of coating your
arteries.

Dietary cholesterol has little or no effect on blood cholesterol. You are
way behind the research.
