When I first started LC I really had problems with cramping legs and took
K+ (potassium) and flax seed oil as well as b complex multivitamin
magnesium chromium but for the last 5 months or so I have been taking
WeightSmart by One a Day and I NEVER get leg cramps like that. I haven't
really altered my diet that much over time so I don't know If my body has
adapted or what. the mulitvitamin only has
80 mg K+ and I was taking over 300 mg per day. just wondering..

Besides potassium, leg cramps can also be caused by a calcium deficiency,
magnesium deficiency or zinc deficiency, among other things. Including the
ratio of any one of these to the others.

I, personally, get immediate relief when I take 25 mg zinc, so have increased
consumption of foods with it in them.

OT:

But i went to look at your links! Incredible pictures! Wow, you have lost
so much weight! 15lbs left to go to your goal. You're almost there.
That's absolutely incredible. The difference is amazing! You look great!

thanks you Kerri, I am trying. I went through my clothes again (2nd time
this month) to weed out stuff that doesn't fit. I am wearing a pair of
Levi's that I bought in 1992 and wore about 2 times they are a 32x30 and I
have plenty of room!!!!

I still have leg cramps and wake screaming. I use Potassium right
then and there. I use the Atkins Basic 3 and the oil. Did not think
about the diet.
Thanks
