Crackers are not low carb.
-- You take stupid to a new level. -- MFW "Jean" wrote in message ... I haven't seen this posted recently and I just made some. These taste like very fluffy, light Ritz crackers. I just had some with thin pieces of bologna and my mouth thinks I had a good snack. Faux Ritz Crackers Yield: 16-18 crackers 2 large eggwhites 1 pinch cream of tartar 1 drop liquid Splenda or 1 teaspoon Splenda in box Butter flavored Pam or cooking spray (just as good with reg. flavor) Whisk until stiff. Drop small blobs onto a greased baking sheet, put in a preheated 300 degree oven (150C for the UK) for 4-5 mins, or until tops just start to get a tinge of brown. Turn the oven off and leave in for 35-40 minutes. Someone else added ~1/4 pack of peach flavored gelatin (only available at Walmart.) Calories: 34 k Carbs: .6 g Fiber: 0 Protein: 8 g -- Jean M.
