Default My Progress

I haven't posted in a few weeks, but I miss the group, so I'm back. I
love reading about everyone's progress and the occasional posted
recipe. I'm finding WW to be an amazing thing. My group meetings are
so wonderful. The leader of the group I'm in is fantastic! I don't
think I could lose weight without the meetings. I find them inspiring.

After three completed weeks, I'm proud to say that I've lost 7 lbs.
Yeah! I feel that next Wednesday morning I should have a really good
loss since last week was (ahem) "that time of the month" and I only
lost a pound.

What I love about WW is that I can eat out. Imagine that! I tried
Jenny Craig before and I could never eat out without feeling like I was
off the plan. So then I'd go crazy. I've eaten out three or four
times with no problem.

I'm leaving this afternoon for a long weekend and know I can handle the
challenges that come my way.

Anyway, it feels good to post here. I miss Eddie and Willow's
writing!!
