Martha Beck's Four Day Win - new group
I've started a new discussion and support group for people reading and
following Martha Beck's book, "The Four Day Win - End Your Diet War and Achieve Thinner Peace". I have questions and would like to talk with and support others who are reading and following her ideas. http://groups.google.com/group/fourdaywin Her book is touted as "science-based thought and behavior strategies that will enable you to stay on a healthy eating program forever." She says, "If you are already on a weight-loss regimine, the 4-day win will enhance it, not conflict with it. If you know what to do, this program will help you do what you know. Fell free to stay on any weight-loss program while you learn 4-day win skills." I'm not trying to poach members from this group and I'm hoping I'm not breaking any group rules by posting this notice. (I couldn't find the rulebook) I am in no way affiliated with Martha Beck or her publishing company or any marketing company. I picked up this book at Costco and think that she's really onto something. If you're working this book, come chat about it! |
