1. Always wear clean underwer.
2. Look boith ways befor crossing the street.
3. never get weighed at 5:00 a.m.

The first two I understand and heard them from my mother for yearsg I'm
curious about #3. Why not weigh early in the morning?

Why would that matter if you weigh yourself at 5:00 AM *every* morning?

Because there was a three pound favorable differential before breakfast
and after potty at 8:00 a.m., thus lifting the depression that occured
during the 5:00 a.m. viewing of Tanita the Two Faced!
