Default Exercise causing exhaustion?

I started an exercise regimen about six weeks ago that includes 20
minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weight training four times a week.
It seems that it is making me more exhausted - after my workout, I
feel the need to come home and sleep for a couple of hours even though
I have gotten a full night's sleep the night before. Any ideas on
what is going on and what I can do to avoid this exhaustion? I don't
really have the time to nap in the middle of the day.

What does your doctor say?

Also, it's not best to do weight lifting after cardio, or even the
