Question about point sites
I have the point book, but it is so basic. I know WW sells other books but
would rather save my money for gas. Is there a website that lists all the foods and their points? ..............Windy |

Question about point sites
there are several sites that have differing amounts of listings. you can
always point your food from the nutrition label and begin making your own list. also you can go to the government data base and look up a food point it and write it in your list, and when you see our welcome notice there are several links there to good sites, Lee windy wrote in message ink.net...
