Just curious? Not sure if it's a no-no, or something people would
like. Weight watchers does it.

I have been good this weekend, proud to say!

nope. we're pretty casual in here, everyone does their own approach. But
of course you can set a weekly weigh in and feel free to post it. Then you
have a permanent record you can always go back and look up.

Good suggestion, Det!

I see you're doing a lot of cycling--are you still running as well?

Yes! We are running in a half marathon on Friday... But I must admit, with
the new bike, I am alot more interested in riding these days. Still, it's
been good to have different forms of exercise, and ANYTHING outside of the
gym is a bonus!

The Slim Fast website has some really good charts you can access by
registering. And they don't bug you with spam, either (unless you want it)'

We all get heavier as we get older because there is a lot more
information in our heads. So I'm not fat, I'm just really intelligent
and my head couldn't hold any more, so it started filling up the
rest of me.

I do my weigh-ins normally on Mondays, but had to delay until today since I
didn't have access to my calibrated scale yesterday. It's whatever day you'd
like it to be. Me the start of the week is good. It's a routine. Let's me
know how I came out of the weekend. I'm good during the week, but on the
weekends I tend to run around more and not eat as sensibly as I should.

Nah, folks choose what works for them. I record to software, don't
always remember to post anything. And lately, have just been
maintaining, sigh. Usually I like to call Monday my weigh-in day.

Good for you! I've not done so well, hardly ate much today, and
haven't drunk much water either. I have been good about eating
breakfast though, that is usually a smoothie. (Chai tea, fat free
cottage cheese, protein powder, flax meal, blueberries, etc...)

Dinner was pretty healthy though, red tea, roasted acorn squash,
asparagus, salmon and a half cup of red grapes for dessert.

Water aerobics class tomorrow... I'm still sore from the last one,
LOL!
