Default Food & Exercise -- 6/4/2007

Went to the gym this morning as usual, but didn't go to yoga class as
we were meeting friends for lunch. Instead, I did some cardio after
lifting.

Food:

* 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 12:00 (restaurant): 1 small piece raisin nut bread; salad w/ large
piece of grilled salmon, greens, tomato, pine nuts, dates, croutons,
vinaigrette
* 4:00 (home): 1 piece sal****er taffy
* 7:15 (home): 2 cups chicken barley soup; 3 whole grain crackers; 1
glass wine

Exercise:

* 10:15:
Lifting: Chin-up negatives; machine-assisted pull-ups; cable rows in a
squat position; barbell bench; seated DB shoulder press; standing DB
curls; standing DB one-armed overhead triceps extensions; machine-
assisted dips
Cardio: 20 minutes stair climbing machine -- interval-type program
(This kicked my butt -- I was dripping!)
