"Tough Love" week three
I've been doing my "tough love" workout routine for three weeks now.
"Tough love" for me means 3 very hard workouts a week where I get my pulse to near its maximum for 30 plus minutes - like running uphill. Haven't lost any weight, however I am getting fitter. I'm now able to go for 40 minutes at a high pulse rate. I'm also getting a bit stronger lifting weights - my first improvement in years. |
