Default Gaining not losing...

I am almost done with the first week of my low carb diet and I am gaining and not losing... although I think it is because I started my period and it is water retention.. I know I know.. just an excuse. But I havent had my period for over a year so I was quite suprised when I got mine out of the blue.

Do you have PCOS by any chance?

Some people call low carb the 'fertility diet' as it often goes a long way
to relieving the symptoms of PCOS by stabilising your insulin.
