I read an article somewhere how running increases facial wrinkling from the
movement of your slack facial muscles while you are running. It is another
excuse for me to never become a runner : )

I have never heard of this.
In fact .. I do run. And am good friends with a gal who regularly runs
Marathons .. She is older and is often mistaked for being in her 30's.

It would be interesting to me to read the article. ( I could
certainly do without any early wrinkling )
Funny how some things that we read stick with us. ..then again.. I've
read that milk causes cancer, exercise during menstruation is
dangerous and the likes.
As my sister always says.. If you enjoy it.. there must be something
harmful to it LOL.

My only problem with "running" (i.e., jogging at a slow pace) is that I
have a tendency to get hurt. I've never had exercise hurts on a bike (I
have fallen and gotten hurt), but I can't jog for too long without getting
hurt. Does it affect the muscles of the face? That's a good question.
