HHH: Four sessions again. Though I could have done with doing another
session of cardio.

I was up 1 at 202 yesterday, so on target to maintain (my sunday wi is
usually the lowest of the week). But yesterday I went to a wedding.

I made a few wrong choices, too much salt, too many puddings(!), too
much food

I was 205 at weigh-in, up 4lbs. I guess most of it is the weight of
the food last night and water. I'm trying to convince myself that this
will all disappear over the next couple of days and next week I'll be
at least back to 201 and possibly under.

You are probably correct - best of luck with it! It's not the food that
gets to me at weddings, it's the wine!

Well, drat it all. But you're probably right that most of your weight
gain is due to the activities on the eve of your WI. You'll be back
down in a day or two. As Captain Picard of Star Trek would say, Make
it so!

You'll be down in a few days Ray, maybe even in Onderland! Darn wedding
food anyway!

I'm sure that gain is only water, Ray, and that it will disappear within a
few days. Wish you luck.

It will disappear, believe me! Just stay OP for the rest of the week, and
drink enough water!
