Default Carb Countdown Lowfat Yogurt Smoothie

Has anyone tried the "Atkins Approved" Carb Countdown Lowfat Yogurt
Smoothie made by Hood? Are they OK for Induction? Most of the Atkins
approved things say on them that they are not appropriate for the
Induction Phase. These smoothies dont say that. It lists 3g of Net
Carbs. I am on Day 8 of induction and I have been sticking to real
foods (meat, cheese, salad etc). I dont want to blow my progress by
drinking one of these but they sure so look appealing.

Thanks Sue. I only have 5 more days on Induction then I think I might
sample the Smoothies. This is my second time around on Atkins. 7 or 8
years ago I lost 60 pounds and maintained it for two years but alas, I
fell back into my wicked ways and eventually gained it all back again.
Things have surely changed. The first time there were no low carb
products out there. That is why I am leary of all the junk they have
out now. When the carb count starts at 34 and through the magic of
fuzzy math they whittle it down to 3 net carbs I am suspicious.

I've tried 2 flavors...peach and strawberry banana. Very good, altho' a
bit sweet. Very, very pricey, however. I make my own now. Personally,
I'd wait 'til after induction but if your will power won't allow that,
make sure to figure those carbs into your daily allotment.

All of the Hood products I've tried, milk, chocolate milk and yogart all
have a funky, mushroomy, earthy after taste. I'd rather obstain.
