Default Looking for more Fruits and Vegetables with Low Ghrelin hormone (hunger hormone)

I just heard that this hormone causes hunger. I found out that baked
potatoes, steak, white fish and lentil soup are low in this hormone.
Some of these also have more fiber.

And, that salmon, hamburgers, french fries, cod, flounder, tuna, and
cream of brockley soup are high in this hormone. So, a diet would be to
avoid these.

Your body makes ghrelin or leptin. If you get your 8 hours of sleep a night
you shouldn't be having problems with overproduction of ghrelin.

I would avoid the baked potatoes, steak, hamburgers, french fries, and any
premade soup.
